NEW LAW FOR CT LICENSING: Effective January 1, 2011 all applicants must complete a Novice Motorcycle Safety Course before obtaining a motorcycle endorsement.

MSTC of New England is a State-Approved Motorcycle Safety Class Provider. Successful completion of this course fulfills the requirements of the State-approved Novice Rider Course for licensing, leaving only the "written" test to be taken.

MSTC is for people with little or no experience riding motorcycles and those with hundreds of hours, who want to learn how to ride better and safer. We provide just about everything you need from training motorcycles to a safe, state-of-the-art practice course.
